Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry Ingredients.
  2. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add Carrots, mix well.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
