2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup oil |
4 eggs |
3 cups shredded carrots |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry Ingredients. 2. Add sugar, oil and eggs. 3. Mix well. 4. Add Carrots, mix well. 5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. |
