Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour,oats,brown sugar,and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Take 2 cups of flour mixture out and set aside.
  5. Press remaining mixture in the bottom of a jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. Spread caramel topping over crust,all the way to edges.
  8. Add pecans to reserved crumb mixture;sprinkle over caramel topping.
  9. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
  10. Cool completly on cooling rack.
  11. Cut into 40 bars.
