Ingredients:

  • 6 (8 -10 oz) sea trout fillets or 6 (8 -10 oz) red snapper fillets
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp old bay seasoning , plus
  • 1 tbsp paprika , plus
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about)
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine , plus
  • 2 tsp butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • lemon slice

Directions:

  1. Place fish fillets in two 13x9 inch baking dishes.
  2. Sprinkle salt, Old Bay seasoning, and paprika evenly over fish.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice around fish and top with parsley.
  4. Dot fish with butter.
  5. Broil 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices.
