Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute bell peppers, garlic, and onions for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add 4 cups vegetable stock and diced turnip roots. Add water to cover turnip roots. Cook for 15 minutes or until turnip roots become tender.
  3. Add sea salt, Tony Cachares Cajun Seasoning, grilled pork sausage and greens.
  4. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 45 minutes.
