Ingredients:

  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can water
  • 4 buns or 4 rolls , for serving

Directions:

  1. Mix condensed tomato soup, onion soup mix and water in 11x7 baking dish. Whisk until fully combined.
  2. Place stew meat pieces in a single layer in soup. Try to keep meat below the surface of the liquid.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 2.5 hours.
  4. Serve beef and sauce on buns or rolls.
