Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/4 cups rye flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to bread machine in this order.
  2. Bake on basic cycle.
