Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan combine water and honey. Bring to boil and stir until honey is dissolved. Stir in lemonade, mint leaves and champagne. Place watermelon balls in a large serving bowl. Pour mixture over fruit then cover and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle lightly with mint leaves then serve immediately.
