Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel avocado then place in a bowl and mash coarsely with a fork adding lemon juice and salt.
  2. Grill bread and rub with the cut side of the garlic clove and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Mound avocado mixture on top of bread slices and sprinkle with green onions.
  4. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil over the top.
