Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except eggs,milk & baking powder in large bowl.
  2. Mix well & transfer to 2 qt casserole.
  3. Beat eggs,milk, & baking powder together & pour over casserole.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
