Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
  • 1 (20 oz) can cherry pie filling

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 13 x9 pan.
  3. Beat flour, sugar, melted butter, cocoa, 2 eggs, milk, 2 T. vanilla and baking powder until well blended.
  4. Spread in pan.
  5. In a different bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch.
  6. Gradually add condensed milk and then the last egg and vanilla.
  7. Pour over brownie mixture in pan.
  8. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  9. Top with cherries and refrigerate.
