No brownie mixes in this one, it's from scratch. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2/3 cup butter, melted |
2/3 cup cocoa |
3 eggs, divided |
1/2 cup milk |
3 teaspoons vanilla, divided |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk |
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a 13 x9 pan. 3. Beat flour, sugar, melted butter, cocoa, 2 eggs, milk, 2 T. vanilla and baking powder until well blended. 4. Spread in pan. 5. In a different bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch. 6. Gradually add condensed milk and then the last egg and vanilla. 7. Pour over brownie mixture in pan. 8. Bake 35-40 minutes. 9. Top with cherries and refrigerate. |
