Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef consomme
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can french onion soup
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mix the soups and Rice and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Drop pats of butter on top of the soup and rice.
  3. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
