This is a great side for chicken or beef...not to mention quick and easy and I generally have all of the ingredients on hand!! Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can french onion soup |
1 cup rice |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Mix the soups and Rice and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 2. Drop pats of butter on top of the soup and rice. 3. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
