Broiled Bananas

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Peel bananas and slice crosswise and cut into thick slices.
  3. Mix sugar and lime juice then toss with bananas.
  4. Spread bananas in shallow baking pan and broil until sugar has melted into a glaze about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with sour cream and chopped pecans.
