Broccoli, Sweet Potatoes and Farmers Sausage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pot of water, cook the sweet potato slices until almost cooked.
  2. Fry up the Farmers sausage, cut in bite sized bits and set aside.
  3. Mix the cooked sweet potatoes, the Farmers sausage bits together with the orange juice concentrate in a pot.
  4. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced broccoli flowerlets.
  6. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  7. Cover and simmer another 5 minutes, addint more orange juice concentrate if necessary.
  8. Cook until the broccoli is just tender.
  9. Serve immediately.
