Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package broccoli (thawed )
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • diced ham (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  2. Cover.
  3. Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir, then microwave for another 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
