Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
  3. Mix all ingredients and place in buttered 2 quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake 30-40 minutes.
