Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare baking sheet with spray or use parchment paper.
  3. Whisk the eggs with the Tony Chacheres.
  4. Add Panko and cheese.
  5. Squeeze excess water from broccoli and add.
  6. Mix with your hands.
  7. Form into patties (large tablespoon)
  8. I make 15 patties.
  9. Place on baking sheet and squash down a bit.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Flip and bake for about 5-10 minutes more.
  12. Watch so they don't burn.
  13. Serve warm or cold.
  14. With or without Ranch or Honey Mustard.
  15. Enjoy!
