Broccoli and Cauliflower with Bacon Vinaigrette

  1. Steam cauliflower and transfer to dish. Repeat with broccoli. Cook bacon and drain. Cook shallot until transparent and carefully whisk in vinegar and season. Immediately pour over vegetables and crumble bacon. Toss to combine.
