Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rip the lettuce leafs into small pieces and place onto dinner plates.
  2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over lettuce and add black pepper to taste.
  3. Place bresaola on top of lettuce and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and again add black pepper to taste.
  4. Shave the Parmigiano Reggiano with a potato peeler and place on top of bresaola.
  5. Delicious and easy!
