Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skilleton medium high
  2. .add shallotsand garlic
  3. ,saute 2 minutes
  4. ,add red pepper and saute one minute
  5. ,add corn,and saute another 2 minutes
  6. ,add 1/2 cup cream and bourbon
  7. ,simmer
  8. Till sauce thickly coatscorn,stirring another 2 minutes
  9. ,add remaining1/3 cup cream and1 cup green onions
  10. ,simmer another 2 minutes till thickened
  11. ,season to taste with salt and pepper
  12. ,transfer to bowl and sprinkle with remaining green onions and serve
