Ingredients:

  • 2 (3 oz) packages blackberry jell-o
  • 1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped nuts , optional
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until congealed.
  3. Mix final 4 ingredients and spread on congealed mixture as a topping.
