Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a loaf pan add oil
  3. Drain blueberries and set aside
  4. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside
  5. Mix: Muffin mix, egg and water
  6. Pour into loaf pan
  7. Gently sprinkle blueberries over dough
  8. Sprinkle Brown Sugar mixture over blueberries
  9. With fork, gently fold Blueberries and sugar into dough
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
