Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup gin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup gin
  • 1/2 cup catsup

Directions:

  1. Marinated Chicken Wings
  2. Place chicken wings in large baking dish and cover with soy sauce, gin, and sugar mixture. Let marinate overnight or for 24 hours. Turn if necessary to cover both sides.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
  4. Baked Blue Ruin:.
  5. Blend garlic, honey, soy sauce, gin and catsup together. Pour over chicken wings in the dish. Marinate in refrigerator overnight at least, but 24 hours is better.
  6. Set oven at 350 degrees. Place wings in shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over the wings. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Serve as appetizers.
