Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen blintzes ( crepes filled with farmer's cheese , fruit jams, etc., usually 6 per package)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. Lightly coat a rectangular pan or glass casserole dish with butter or margarine.
  2. Set oven at 350 degrees.
  3. Place blintzes in single layer.
  4. Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over blintzes.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
