Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup white flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (i think i used soy)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups blackberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, honey and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and stir. Add the blackberries. Stir just enough to moisten.
  2. Fill buttered or lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 minute.
