Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat waffle iron; grease with cooking spray.
  2. Stir ingredients until blended. (I had trouble getting the lumps out. Next time I'll use the electric mixer on low speed.)
  3. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron.
  4. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
