Biscuit And Soughum Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups day old homemade buiscuits
  • 3/4 cup sorghm
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Plac buscuits cubes in 9x5 Loaf pan
  3. Combid sorghum butter eggs vanilla and salt in large bowl
  4. Slwly stir in hot Milk Pour over bread let soak 15 minutes pressing down to make sure buisci uts are saturated
  5. Place pan in a lrger pan pourhot water in larger pan to 1 inch deep Bake 40-50- minutes untill pudding jiggles slightly whngently shaken
  6. Serves 8
