Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the onions, celery, and carrots in the olive oil in a 3 gallon saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, until onions are translucent.
  2. Add the chicken, peas, bouillon and sage
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Recue heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Add the spinach and season with salt and pepper
  6. Cook until heated through
