Beggar's Marinade for Meat

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 1/2 cups burgundy wine
  • 1 1/4 tbsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate meat for 1 hour or longer.
  2. Leftover marinade can be brought to a boil and used as a sauce to serve over the meat.
