Found this in Connecticut Cooks and didn't want to lose it. Ingredients:
3/4 cup oil |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1 teaspoon oregano |
2 1/2 cups burgundy wine |
1 1/4 tablespoons garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate meat for 1 hour or longer. 2. Leftover marinade can be brought to a boil and used as a sauce to serve over the meat. |
