Ingredients:

  • 3 cup ap flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 oz. beer (heavier s will give move flavor i.e.: stouts, porters , even barleywines)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Add beer
  4. Stir
  5. Put it in something lubed
  6. Bake 45 minutes.
  7. Eat some beer bread.
