Beer Braised Short Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle dark beer
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can onion soup
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp garlic

Directions:

  1. Brown ribs in oil about six minutes each side.
  2. In a dutch oven, stir in soup. beer, brown sugar and garlic
  3. Simmer for two hours.
  4. Baste in barbecue sauce and grill for ten minutes.
