  1. Combine flour and salt in a bowl, whish in beer.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in parsley and onion.
  4. Salt and pepper chicken.
  5. In large skillet, heat 2 inches of the oil.
  6. Dip chicken in batter and fry until done and golden brown.
