Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in olive oil in hot pan with onion and garlic.
  2. Add soy sauce and ginger. Stir to blend.
  3. Add broccoli crowns. Cover and let broccoli steam for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water.
  5. Pour cornstarch mixture into pan and stir to blend well.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Remove from heat. Serve over brown rice.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
