Ingredients:

  • 64 oz beef broth
  • 2 lbs beef
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 3 cups white rice

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Put all ingredients (rice) in crockpot.
  3. Meat on bottom.
  4. Cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or on High 5 to 6 hours.
  5. About 15 minutes before finished add rice to crockpot and stir.
