Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. In a 12 skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook onion, caraway seeds and salt, stirring occasionally, 14 minutes or until onions are golden.
  3. Meanwhile, on baking sheet, arrange bread slices.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
  5. When cool slightly rub with garlic cloves.
  6. Evenly top each bread slice with onion mixture, then cheese.
  7. Bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot.
