Basic Prawn Cocktail Easy but Delicious

Ingredients:

  • 400 g rocket
  • 5 g chopped birds eye chiles
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 50 ml olive oil

Directions:

  1. 1.take a non-stick pan sprinkle a bit of olive oil on it and put prawns onto pan cook only till the prawns are sealed the put onto hot plate until needed.
  2. 2.chop the birds eye chili and mix into the mayonnaise and keep cold till needed.
  3. 3, place the rocket into 4 bowls and dress with a bit of olive oil place the prawns on the rocket and juice the 3 lemons mix the lemon juice into the mayonnaise and poor the mix of mayonaise chili and lemon juice onto the prawns.
  4. 4.DETAIL HOW TO SERVE (serve with a slice boat of lemon and some chopped birds eye chili).
