Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef top sirloin steak , cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 to 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown steak in oil over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain. Combine the barbecue sauce, honey and sugar; pour over meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened and meat is tender. Yield: 3-4 servings.
