Ingredients:

  • 3 (3- to 3 1/2-lb) broiler-fryers, split
  • western kentucky-style barbecue sauce

Directions:

  1. Place chicken, skin side down, on grill. Grill over medium coals 50 minutes or until tender, turning chicken every 10 minutes.
  2. Brush with Western Kentucky- Style Barbecue Sauce during last 20 minutes.
