Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lb chuck roast
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 12 oz coke

Directions:

  1. Season both sides of roast with salt, pepper and brown sugar. Place in crock pot and pour coke around the roast. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Remove and shred. Discard liquid. I usually use Tony Chachere's instead of salt and pepper.
