Barbecue Bacon Turkey Club Salad for 2

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
  • 5 slices bacon , crisply fried and crumbled
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Toss lettuce, bacon, tomato and turkey in bowl.
  2. Garnish with egg slices.
  3. Serve with dressing.
  4. Barbecue Dressing:.
  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
  6. 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
  7. 2 teaspoons instant minced onion.
  8. 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  10. 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
  11. Mix all ingredients.
  12. No reason you couldn't substitute chicken for the turkey.
