These are a Few of My Favorite Things' Spinach Salad for 2

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare the vinaigrette by placing the honey (or sugar) and water in a non-reactive pan; bring to a boil. Boil until mixture is reduced by half.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in the vinegar, oil, orange blossom water, rose water and cinnamon.
  3. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Season with salt and cracked black pepper, to taste.
  4. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss gently with the vinaigrette.
  5. Arrange on two salad plates.
  6. Serve with whole wheat pita bread or French baguette.
