Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pound Chicken to flatten.
  2. Salt& pepper to taste.
  3. Dip chicken into beaten egg; then into breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in Olive oil in hot skillet,brown on both sides.
  5. Put Chicken into glass baking dish.
  6. Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
  7. Put salsa over top of Chicken& Cheese.
  8. Bake 350 degrees for about 30 muintes.
