Ingredients:

  • 2 (18 1/4 oz) boxes banana cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups finely chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT walnuts in a large mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed till well blended.
  3. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in finely chopped walnuts.
  4. Place cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 11-12 minutes till bottoms are lightly browned.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes on sheet then transfer to cooling rack.
