Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mash 2 ripe banas, set aside.
  2. Beat 1/2 cup margarine.
  3. Add 1 egg.
  4. Add 3/4 cup white sugar.
  5. Add the 2 bananas.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add 2 cups flour.
  8. Add 1 tsp baking powder.
  9. Add 1 tsp vanilla.
  10. Mix all and put in loaf pan(greased).
  11. Bake 1 hour 350.
  12. Remove and cool.
