Banana Chocolate Chunkies

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla (but i substituted banana extract from watkins inc.)
  • 1 package chocolate chips (i substituted baker's chocolate chunks)

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together; and in a seperate bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugar, then add the extract, banana, eggs and finally the package of Baker's chocolate.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 400*F.
