Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine the flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix till blended. In a separate bowl combine the shortening and sugar, beat for 2 minutes. Slowly add the eggs and continue to beat till well blended. Add in the chopped lemon rind and the mashed banana and mashed strawberries. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for 60 - 65 minutes.
