Ingredients:

  • 1 tblesp. butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits , so you have 12 biscuits
  • 12 large marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Spray a large baking sheet with Pam spray.
  3. Cut butter into small pieces in a glass pie plate. Microwave on
  4. High 30 to 60 seconds.
  5. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Remove biscuits from container.
  7. Roll or pat, each one out to a 4-inch circle.
  8. Place marshmallow in center of a biscuit.
  9. Bring dough up to enclose the marshmallow completely.
  10. Pinch ends to seal.
  11. With seal ends up, roll top and sides of biscuit in the melted butter
  12. Then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  13. Place on baking sheet, seam side down.
  14. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
  15. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
